Erika Russina offers professional online and in-office psychotherapy, and brings more than 13 years of experience as a therapist.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Missouri, a Nationally Board Certified Counselor (NCC), as well as a member of the International Society for Mental Health Online.

Therapy Services

Counseling services are available for adults, adolescents and children.  Adults who are unable to participate in face-to-face counseling may consider online sessions if no other services are feasible.  Ms. Russina's approach to counseling consists primarily of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and the sessions are confidential.  All online and in-office counseling services are provided in a compassionate, professional, and nonjudgmental manner.
